02

Automated Population Identification

Cytolution automatically identifies populations based on marker expression profiles, matching your panel design. This panel-agnostic approach gives the opportunity to even change fluorophores within your experiment.

03

Statistics

You can use the statistics tab to create individualized plots, and tables. This allows you to dive deeper into the analysis steps and summarize your results.

Cytoneer Voices

Andreas

Cytolytics team closely accompanies the users and takes the time to explain the tool and algorithms for each individual user. Additionally, I appreciate their unique algorithms that protect my data from being distorted.

Senior Scientist

Nadine

Even for my standard FACS, Cytolution is super helpful, as the tool performs reproducibly and systematically everything that I - with bias - used to do manually.

Senior Scientist

Kelly

Especially interesting to me is the batch effect correction. It allows the reduction of human bias when evaluating samples that were collected at different locations, with different instruments, using different panels, or prepared by different individuals.

Core Manager

Florian

Although manual gating is no longer necessary for the analyses in Cytolution, it is extremely helpful that all populations defined here can be easily found in all my other files as well. In addition, the label tree is very intuitive and helpful. I really think it's great.
