Cytolution offers me a great opportunity to
analyze my data efficiently without losing all
control over my analysis. The software
includes a comprehensive analysis consisting
of essential parts such as Compensation, Batch
Correction, and Data Quality. In addition, it
offers valuable tools to help you understand
your data with the Population Definition and
the Cluster Explorer. The Population Tree for
creating your Gating Strategy and the Cluster
Explorer are the most valuable tools for me.
